A set of Kowa's telephoto lens, KOWA-R 135mm F4, and a Leica M special adapter (KOWA SETR - Leica M). The adapter can also be used with other SETR lenses. It does not couple with the Leica body's rangefinder.
There is no clouding or balsam separation in the lens. The glass is in good condition. As it is used, there may be a very small amount of dust or minor spots of mold. The focus ring is smooth, and the aperture ring is also smooth. Please check the appearance in the photos.
This is an item that has aged over time (an old lens).
