Description:
Original antique cabinet card photograph dating to the late Victorian era, circa 1878–1888. This portrait features a young woman with a calm, thoughtful expression, wearing a high lace ruffle collar with decorative tassel ties, typical of early bustle-era fashion. Hair is center-parted and pulled back with a ribbon accent, and she wears small period earrings.
The photograph is presented in an oval vignette on its original cardstock mount. Toning and light surface wear are present, consistent with age, but no major damage is visible.
